Goodyear is a city on the move with a population that has jumped from just over 21,000 in 2000 to more than 58,000 in 2008. With growth comes amenities and Goodyear is seeing that in all phases, from residential subdivisions to retail and recreational opportunities.

CrossPoint, a mixed business/retail/residential/hospitality complex, is planned for 400 acres in the Goodyear Airport Gateway Employment Corridor. The planned community will open the door for individuals to live, work and play without leaving the area.

New malls, the Goodyear Ballpark and Recreational Complex, plans for the new City Center, new institutes of higher learner and the Cancer Treatment Centers of America’s new hospital are helping to usher in a new era for the City and aid Goodyear in taking its place as a destination city where residents enjoy living, working and playing.
